Graphite EPS beads
Feininger hotpor graphite EPS beads were launched in 2016. The graphite EPS particles, for which the diameter is between 0.6mm to 1.8 mm, are made from graphite, foaming agent, flame retardant and polystyrene through twin-screw system and underwater granulating system.
Nowadays, the production technology of graphite EPS beads are monopolized by foreign companies. Although many domestic enterprises produce this product, there are still big differences in the technique and technology comparing with foreign companies. Feininger has successfully researched and developed a new flame retardant graphite EPS particles, which has reached the international advanced level, through independent research and progress of technology.
